  3. Proof of stand charges clearance.
  4. Tax clearance (ZIMRA).
  5. Health report.

Renewal

The following are requirements for renewing a shop license.

  1. Proof of arreas clearance.
  2. Tax clearance (ZIMRA).
  3. Health report.
