Our lead times for applications had been reduced from a high of 90days to the current 5 days i.e. from application to approval for the following:
- Stand applications
- Building plans
- Trading licences
- Trading permits (within 2days)
To improve on our Service Level Benchmarking we have increased refuse collection to twice a week in the CBDs and once a week in the residential areas.
