Master Plan

NOTICE

1. THE MBERENGWA RURAL DISTRICT COUNCIL hereby gives notice in terms of subsection (2) of section 15 of the Regional, Town and Country Planning Act, Chapter 29: 12, as read with section 8 of the Regional, Town and Country Planning (Master and Local Plans) Regulations, 1977, that the Mberengwa Rural District Master Plan has been Adopted and is now on public exhibition commencing on 21 October 2024 and ending 20 December 2024.
2. All the documents: relevant to the draft master plan are on public exhibition at: Mberengwa RDC Main Office at No. 96 Mataga Growth Point or Mberengwa RDC Sub Offices near Mberengwa Primary School at Mberengwa Centre on the following days and at the following times during normal working days ( Monday to Friday) , viewing time: 0745hrs to 1645hrs only.
3. Any interested person or organization may make objections to, or representations regarding, the master plan, in writing to The Provincial Spatial Planning Officer at 1st floor New Government Complex 10th Street Gweru, email: dppmidlands@mlg.gov.zw on or before 03 January 2025. Objections and representation should state the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made.
4. Objections or representations must, at the same time, be copied and sent to: Chief Executive Officer, Mberengwa RDC, P.O Box 50, Stand Number 96, Mataga Growth Point.
